Senior PCA Reviewer – National Client Manager, Equity Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing significant national accounts

• Establishing direct relationships with clients

• Acting as the lead engineer or architect for national accounts

• Managing a technical review workload

• Ensuring that all projects align with the client's objectives

• Offering training and mentorship to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate consulting projects

• Prior experience in conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)

• Expertise in evaluating various types of properties

• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD regulations

• Strong writing and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat
