This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive, integrated, multi-channel planning for designated accounts and present insights at client meetings.
• Align annual, quarterly, and campaign strategies with business goals, considering trade-offs, channel functions, pacing, and investment suggestions.
• Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders at the director and VP levels while proactively managing potential risks.
• Oversee forecasting and scenario modeling for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), revenue, reach, and lift.
• Enhance performance, optimization, transparency, and facilitate clear decisions for clients.
• Lead or co-lead new business initiatives in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Acquire and showcase proficiency in the Bliss Point App Suite.
• Develop action-oriented narratives from App outputs while ensuring proper instrumentation, hygiene, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
• Convey structured feedback to the Product team and advocate for measurable adoption of the App.
• Establish success metrics and collaborate with Analytics/Econometrics on measurement methodologies, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and channels into investment cases and actionable recommendations.
• Manage critical escalations, track outcomes, conduct after-action reviews, and update recommendations accordingly.
• Utilize expertise in at least two marketing channels to craft integrated client narratives.
• Build internal alliances across Product, Analytics, Channels, and Operations/Finance.
• Encourage accountability and performance through goal-setting, feedback, coaching, hiring, and succession planning.
• Cultivate emerging leaders while ensuring team engagement and alignment.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in client leadership within the performance marketing sector.
• At least 4 years of experience in leadership roles managing individual contributors and managers.
• Proven experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Expertise in managing executive relationships and setting clear expectations.
• Experience in complex alignment and change leadership.
• Proficiency across multiple channels, including Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, and Creative.
• Strong skills in measurement, including forecasting, KPI trees, and familiarity with MMM/incrementality.
• Fluency in Bliss Point or the ability to translate MMM, incrementality, forecasting, brand, and creative insights into investment and testing strategies.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Product and Analytics teams.
• Financial acumen to interpret margins/utilization, pricing structures, staffing/capacity signals, and forecasts.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
