Senior Payroll Associate, Indian Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the payroll data processing for staff members.

• Keep precise records for all employees.

• Confirm and reconcile employee information, such as salaries, hours worked, and deductions.

• Assist with the calculations and filings of Indian payroll taxes.

• Offer support to employees regarding inquiries and issues related to Indian payroll.

• Ensure adherence to Indian payroll laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll or a comparable field.

• In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll laws and regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Capability to lead and mentor junior team members.
