This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Process payroll independently from start to finish in accordance with established standards and client specifications, including all related payroll tasks.
• Oversee and manage ticket queues utilizing suitable BI tools to ensure timely handling of tickets without exceeding expected limits.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the hrX suite of tools pertinent to payroll processing and associated activities.
• Understand and interpret payslips effectively.
• Comprehend and adhere to the payroll calendar.
• Recognize deviations from the standard scope of service and respond appropriately, including identifying and supporting change request opportunities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Generate and comprehend standard and client-specific payroll reports, including those needed for statutory year-end reporting.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, initiating corrections as per established standards.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.
• Assist in executing SOC1 Controls.
• Maintain and implement defined work instructions (DWIs).
• Conduct transactions with third parties.
• Provide thorough knowledge transfers to colleagues.
• Contribute to the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
• Support and manage system maintenance testing.
• Facilitate coordination and resolution of technical issues.
• Stay updated on legislative requirements, system changes, and overall payroll procedures.
• Engage in projects as required and assigned by the payroll team leader.
