Senior Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Utilize CloudPay for processing payroll modifications

• Conduct pre-and-post audits of payroll entries to guarantee precision

• Investigate variations in earnings and deduction codes over different timeframes

• Manage equity reporting and evaluate system integrations

• Research and address employee inquiries promptly

• Promote process enhancements and develop standard operating procedures

• Collaborate with various third-party vendors on inbound and outbound payroll files

• Oversee year-end payroll processing tasks (e.g., updating payroll calendar, year-end checklist, and employee communications)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in Canada

• Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract significant insights

• Previous experience with Workday and CloudPay payroll systems
