Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Engaging in the timely and precise preparation and processing of bi-weekly domestic payroll as well as special payroll runs.

• Reconciling payroll calculations generated by Payroll Providers to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Guaranteeing that all statutory payments and filings are conducted in accordance with internal company policies and local regulations.

• Maintaining robust internal controls for the payroll function while actively collaborating with management to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

• Adhering to company policy & SOX, along with government regulations impacting payroll, to ensure compliance with payroll policies and practices.

• Contributing to special projects and taking on additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience alongside a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification.

• Have an advanced understanding of ADP payroll processes and platforms, with experience in GlobalView.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, strong English communication abilities, and the capability to effectively collaborate with colleagues on a global scale.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to make informed decisions using all pertinent information.
