This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Manage Payroll processes from start to finish to ensure timely delivery according to the established processing calendars and agreed KPIs.
• Execute Data Management or Customer Service tasks independently in line with the designated calendar and KPIs.
• Assist with Statutory and Year-End Reporting in accordance with the specified calendars and KPIs.
• Utilize Payroll expertise to respond to client inquiries and issues while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of country-specific regulations and requirements.
• Provide support and knowledge transfer to Apprentices and/or Associates regarding Data Management or Customer Service functions.
• Ensure that Tickets and Calls are addressed within SLA timeframes and to a high standard of quality.
• Aid in System Maintenance Testing.
• Engage and transact with Third Parties as necessary.
• Participate in root cause analysis to guarantee the accuracy of details and propose viable preventative measures to minimize future occurrences.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and ensure the audience comprehends and can apply the information effectively.
• Maintain DWIs to keep processes current and reflective of the services provided.
• Accurately report all system issues or defects, ensuring tickets are logged with the required details and evidence.
• Notify the Service Manager of any deviations from the standard service scope.
• Demonstrate the ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Complete Time Recording accurately and punctually.
• Adhere to and follow STRADA Security Standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and promptly raise any concerns with your Service Manager.
• Stay informed about all STRADA HR announcements and communications.
• Foster positive relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
• Engage in projects and activities as assigned and needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently while following established processes and procedures.
• Education: BA/BS in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Payroll administration or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems: Knowledge of Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
