• Leverage CloudPay for processing payroll adjustments.
• Conduct both pre-and-post audits of payroll data to verify accuracy.
• Investigate variations in earnings and deduction codes over time.
• Manage equity reporting and evaluate system integrations.

• Propel process enhancements and develop standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with various third-party vendors regarding inbound and outbound payroll files.
• Oversee year-end payroll processing tasks (e.g., updating the payroll calendar, completing the year-end checklist, and managing employee communications).
• Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
• Exemplify and promote Samsara’s cultural principles as we expand globally and establish new offices.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in Canada.
• Proficient in Excel with the capability to handle large data sets and extract valuable insights.
• Previous experience with Workday and CloudPay payroll systems.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting and take initiative.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage time.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
