Senior Patient Recruitment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders before and after award to oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of operational plans for Patient Recruitment and Retention support on larger, multi-regional studies or programs.

• Engage with sponsors and project teams to implement and assess the effectiveness of the recruitment/retention tactical plan; proactively offer operational and tactical suggestions as necessary based on study outcomes.

• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver all relevant tactics associated with the recruitment/retention strategy.

• Represent IQVIA's Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings (including KOM, IM, F2F/LL, etc.) to present strategies and rationale, train CRAs and site personnel, and conduct recruitment support workshops as needed.

• Take ownership of study KPI and financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 6 years of relevant industry experience in a role with global exposure (not local), ideally in a patient recruitment capacity.

• Strong project management skills: capable of creating and reviewing budgets alongside sponsors while managing multiple proposals simultaneously.

• Excellent presentation and client-facing abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English, as you will be part of a global team.

• Ability to effectively influence within the SPN/PRP team and project teams, including TSL, PL, CL, CRA, and the customer.
