This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Manage intricate patient interactions, including escalations and high-priority cases.
• Provide support to new staff via feedback, mentoring, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient care coordination.
• Play a role in enhancing workflows and performance metrics within the call center.
• Handle multiple clients within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Perform any other tasks necessary to embody our values, achieve our mission, and uphold our company principles.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare call center, ideally with progressive responsibilities.
• Previous experience in patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior agents is often preferred.
• At least one year of remote work experience.
