Senior Pathologist – AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Create challenging pathology and laboratory medicine cases along with benchmark tasks.

• Analyze pathology reports, laboratory results, clinical histories, and comprehensive medical records.

• Detect clinically significant findings, discrepancies, absent information, diagnostic risks, and documentation deficiencies.

• Assess AI-generated results for diagnostic precision, clinical relevance, terminology, completeness, and patient safety.

• Develop gold-standard responses and clinically justifiable reference solutions.

• Evaluate whether pathology interpretations are suitably aligned with clinical context and other diagnostic information.

• Examine differential diagnoses and pinpoint unsupported or hazardous conclusions.

• Utilize structured rubrics to assess reasoning, terminology, documentation quality, and clinical precision.

• Engage in peer review and calibration of intricate or ambiguous cases.

• Integrate feedback and enhance tasks through iterative review cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree or equivalent professional qualification with a focus on Pathology / Laboratory Medicine.

• Current or recently obtained professional license, registration, board certification, or recognized pathology credential in the candidate’s country.

• Around 8+ years of professional experience in pathology.

• Strong diagnostic skills in interpreting pathology findings and linking them with clinical data.

• Excellent capability to review complex, fragmented, or longitudinal medical records.

• Experience in producing or evaluating formal diagnostic reports and clinical documentation.

• Proficient written English with the ability to provide accurate, clinically defensible reasoning.
