This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute the operations strategy for orders, sales, and margin objectives within the Americas Nuclear parts sector.
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of parts quoting, which includes opportunity recognition, strategy formulation, proposal development, deal negotiation, order completion, and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) execution.
• Deliver timely, precise, and comprehensive forecasts for orders and sales in the parts segment by maintaining opportunity pipelines in NEX.
• Efficiently convert flow orders in the system and issue purchase orders to suppliers to expedite order-to-fulfillment processes.
• Act as a trusted consultant to key clients regarding parts sales and delivery within the designated coverage area.
• Build, nurture, and oversee customer relationships to boost parts sales and foster positive customer experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters related to parts, including Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) cases and NCRs within the coverage area.
• Promote understanding and compliance with Nuclear Safety Culture standards, including INPO requirements.
• Collaborate with parts and repair Subject Matter Experts, vendors, suppliers, order management, supply chain, and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery as per customer contracts.
• Work with broader sales and service teams to support customers' parts requirements, including those necessary for repairs and field services.
• Assist application engineering in maintaining accurate and complete unit records.
• Aid Sales, Commercial, and Regional Services teams in uncovering opportunities for process and organizational enhancements, including LEAN initiatives for Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) processes.
• Drive ITO and OTR performance metrics for nuclear parts clients.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field, or 5+ years of experience in nuclear or power generation with expertise in parts management.
• Proven knowledge of Steam Turbine and Generator technology.
• Experience in the nuclear power sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting operational plan targets in a commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a successful sales history or demonstrated potential for achievement in a technical, relationship-focused business.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed within the assigned coverage area.
