📋 Description

• In the role of RVP, Large Market Sales, you will take charge of a designated territory and be tasked with cultivating strategic relationships with self-insured employers that have between 7,500 and 29,999 covered lives.

• You will design intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes, creatively address objections, and close agreements that significantly contribute to our mission of helping individuals move past pain.

• Your journey will involve immersing yourself in Hinge Health's value proposition, gaining an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, and starting to outline your territory. You will collaborate with senior RVPs, perform initial prospect research, and forge connections with key internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, Client Success, and Legal. Your objective will be to close your first deal and showcase your ability to convey our clinical and financial results.

• You will autonomously oversee a comprehensive pipeline of Large Market prospects, effectively advancing deals through each phase of the sales cycle. You will utilize partnerships with brokers, consultants, and health plans to expedite pipeline growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located within the designated territory, which includes Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

• Over 7 years of B2B sales experience, demonstrating a consistent record of meeting or surpassing quotas in a complex, consultative sales context.

• Experience in selling to mid-to-large employers (7,500+ covered lives) or similar intricate buying committees that involve HR, Benefits, Finance, and C-suite decision-makers.

• Extensive knowledge in employee benefits, healthcare, digital health, or related sectors, with the ability to discuss ROI, clinical outcomes, and member engagement knowledgeably.

• Proven success in managing lengthy sales cycles (6-12+ months) with multiple decision-makers and adeptly handling RFPs, contract negotiations, and implementation planning.
