Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support sales activities at the field level.

• Collaborate with Regional Managers under the guidance of the Regional Director.

• Conduct demonstrations of equipment, along with training on usage and maintenance.

• Carry out site assessments and assist at trade shows and open houses.

• Prepare, oversee, and take responsibility for the inventory of demo equipment.

• Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Regional Director to evaluate the call plan and its execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• This is an entry-level sales position; all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

• Must be a proactive self-starter with motivation, sound business judgment, and self-discipline.

• Should demonstrate enthusiasm, persistence, dependability, integrity, and strong sales capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills are essential, along with effective time management, responsiveness, urgency, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel overnight on occasion is required.

• Must be prepared to conduct seminars, perform comprehensive building assessments, and recommend suitable equipment for various applications.

• Must be capable of passing a physical examination, which includes requirements for lifting, prolonged standing, and safe driving.
