Senior Partnerships Manager – GSI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand the GSI partnership engine.

• Take ownership of the GSI strategy across EMEA, implementing a clear framework for partner prioritization, engagement models, KPIs, and operational rhythms.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard key strategic services partners capable of establishing consulting and implementation practices centered around n8n.

• Map out and cultivate relationships with partner leadership, practice leads, alliance teams, and field sellers to integrate n8n into their automation and integration portfolios.

• Foster lighthouse partnerships with Tier-1 GSIs (such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) to build credibility and momentum throughout the ecosystem.

• Formulate and execute joint go-to-market strategies with GSIs, encompassing campaigns, industry solutions, and field engagement.

• Establish a repeatable co-sell execution model between GSIs and n8n’s Sales organization, focusing on account targeting, deal collaboration, and opportunity orchestration.

• Create and enhance a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring that partners consistently generate and support enterprise-level opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to position n8n within the context of enterprise automation, AI, and integration transformation initiatives.

• Lead strategic pursuits involving GSIs and facilitate the resolution of complex multi-party deals.

• Onboard GSIs and promote technical and commercial enablement so that partners can confidently sell and implement n8n solutions.

• Develop scalable partner resources, including solution playbooks, implementation frameworks, and enablement programs.

• Assist partners in creating services offerings and enhancing their delivery capabilities around n8n.

• Monitor performance and evolve the ecosystem continuously.

• Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, engagement levels, win rates, and partner activation metrics.

• Regularly gather feedback from GSIs to enhance partner experience, operations, and program design.

• Serve as the partner's voice internally, ensuring that ecosystem insights inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in SaaS partnerships: You possess over 10 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Channel, or Sales within rapidly growing SaaS companies, including at least 3 years of direct engagement with services partners in a revenue-driven role.

• Ownership of GSI motion: You have developed or managed a GSI partnership initiative (with organizations like Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) and have a proven history of generating partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.

• Experience with enterprise deals: You have participated in complex enterprise deals in the €100K–€500K+ range that involved consulting and implementation partners.

• Relationship management: You excel at building trusted relationships within partner organizations and understand how to translate influence into opportunities and revenue.

• Technical knowledge: You are comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows.

• Results-oriented builder: You thrive in dynamic ecosystem environments and effectively combine program design, field execution, and commercial impact.

• Stakeholder and program management skills: You can coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams, ensuring clear execution and measurable results.
