This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a cohesive partnerships strategy for both France and the UK.
• Create a global ecosystem vision that encompasses technology, agencies, logistics, and strategic alliances, positioning partnerships as a fundamental aspect of the company's go-to-market and growth strategy.
• Design and expand a top-tier Partner Program, which includes a tiering structure, incentives, certifications, and various engagement models (referral, co-selling, integrations).
• Unify the UK and France under a single, integrated partnerships framework, ensuring market consistency while permitting local customization.
• Standardize processes, tools, and KPIs across the partnership landscape.
• Establish a data-driven partnerships unit and continually enhance performance metrics.
• Identify, recruit, and secure high-impact partners on both European and global scales.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Forge partnerships with key players in the ecosystem, including platforms, SaaS vendors, agencies, and logistics partners.
• Oversee and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Develop scalable co-selling strategies with Sales teams across diverse markets.
• Actively participate in closing strategic deals.
• Work closely with Product teams to prioritize strategic integrations and align partner needs with the product roadmap.
• Ensure clear and compelling positioning of the complete product suite.
• Provide market and partner insights to guide company strategy.
• Create scalable partner enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and certifications.
• Foster ecosystem engagement through events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that partners actively sell and promote the full range of solutions.
• Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles.
• Strong background in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems.
• Experience with complex or multi-product offerings.
• Proven history of building and scaling partner programs, generating revenue through partnerships or indirect sales, and managing multi-market or international scopes.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Strong capability to blend strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Highly commercial mindset focused on revenue impact.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth understanding of ecosystem dynamics and partnership models.
• Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
