Senior Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a cohesive partnerships strategy across France and the UK.

• Create a comprehensive ecosystem vision that encompasses technology, agencies, logistics, and strategic partnerships, positioning partnerships as a fundamental component of the company’s market entry and growth strategy.

• Design and expand a top-tier Partner Program, featuring tiering structures, incentives, certifications, and engagement models (referral, co-selling, integrations).

• Unify the UK and France under a singular partnerships framework, ensuring consistency across regions while permitting local adjustments.

• Standardize processes, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Establish a data-driven partnerships function and continually enhance performance.

• Identify, recruit, and secure impactful partners at both European and global levels.

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Forge partnerships with essential ecosystem participants (platforms, SaaS providers, agencies, logistics partners).

• Take ownership of and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

• Develop scalable co-selling initiatives with Sales teams across markets.

• Actively participate in closing strategic deals.

• Work closely with Product teams to prioritize strategic integrations and align partner requirements with the product roadmap.

• Ensure a clear and compelling presentation of the complete product suite.

• Offer market and partner insights to guide company strategy.

• Create scalable partner enablement programs (training, playbooks, certifications).

• Promote ecosystem engagement through events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.

• Ensure that partners are actively selling and promoting the complete solution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles.

• Strong background in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems.

• Experience with intricate or multi-product offerings.

• Proven history of building and scaling partner programs, generating revenue through partnerships or indirect sales, and managing multi-market or international scopes.

• Strong capability to merge strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Highly commercial mindset focused on revenue impact.

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of ecosystem dynamics and partnership models.

• Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a significant plus.
