This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee Remote’s partnership strategy across diverse partner verticals to enhance pipeline generation.
• Expand existing partner verticals and investigate new partnership opportunities.
• Establish and manage Remote’s global referral partner initiative.
• Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and maintain referral partnerships across accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, broker, finance, recruiting, and advisory sectors.
• Define and implement partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, and engagement strategies.
• Support key referral partners from acquisition through activation, growth, and long-term retention.
• Design scalable referral programs, revenue-share models, co-selling strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Keep up-to-date with product and market knowledge to determine partner use cases and referral triggers.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
• Work alongside Marketing on referral campaigns, co-branded materials, landing pages, and content creation.
• Cultivate and maintain a referral partner community.
• Develop reports on referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI.
• Enhance referral programs utilizing data, partner feedback, and market demands.
• Represent Remote at industry events, partner gatherings, and community forums.
• Travel occasionally to meet with top-performing partners in person.
• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships.
• Previous experience in partnerships within HR Tech and/or Payroll-related firms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Proven ability to independently automate processes and develop applications.
• Strong strategic judgment with effective execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated, self-driven results that have positively influenced a product.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across various departments.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in a remote work environment is an advantage.
