This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more state.
• Develop and direct Remote’s partnership strategy across diverse partner verticals to enhance pipeline generation.
• Expand existing partner verticals and investigate new partnership opportunities.
• Establish and manage Remote’s global referral partner initiative while overseeing the performance and growth of hundreds of referral partners.
• Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partnerships within accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, brokerage, finance, recruiting, and advisory ecosystems.
• Define and implement partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, and engagement strategies.
• Act as the internal executive sponsor for key referral partners from acquisition through to retention.
• Create scalable referral programs, revenue-sharing frameworks, co-selling strategies, and lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge to identify partner-specific use cases and referral triggers.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, Support, and Marketing.
• Develop referral-focused campaigns, co-branded materials, landing pages, and relevant content.
• Foster and cultivate a referral partner community.
• Produce reports on referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI.
• Enhance referral programs using data insights, partner feedback, and market demands.
• Represent Remote at industry, partner, and community events and travel occasionally to connect with top-performing partners.
• Previous experience in partnerships within HR Tech and/or payroll-related companies.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Proven history of independently automating processes and developing applications.
• Strong strategic judgment and execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated self-driven results that positively impacted product direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills across various departments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote setting is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to engage with top-performing partners in person.
