This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and lead Remote’s partnership strategy across various partner sectors to enhance pipeline generation.
• Expand existing verticals and investigate new partnership opportunities to boost pipeline generation and establish strategic long-term relationships.
• Create and manage Remote’s global referral partner initiative, overseeing the performance and growth of numerous referral partners.
• Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partnerships within the accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, broker, finance, recruiting, and advisory sectors.
• Define and implement the referral partner strategy, including segmentation, incentives, enablement, and engagement models.
• Act as the internal executive sponsor for key referral partners from acquisition through activation, growth, and retention.
• Design scalable referral programs, including revenue-share frameworks, co-selling strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain knowledge of products and markets to identify pertinent partner use cases and referral triggers.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
• Partner with Marketing on referral campaigns, co-branded materials, landing pages, and content creation.
• Build and cultivate a referral partner community.
• Develop reports and insights covering referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI.
• Optimize referral programs by utilizing data, partner feedback, and market demands.
• Represent Remote at industry, partner, and community events, traveling periodically to engage with top-performing partners in person.
• Prior experience in partnerships within HR Tech and/or Payroll-related companies.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Proven ability to independently automate processes and develop applications.
• Strong strategic judgment and execution capability in a first-line operating role.
• Demonstrable, self-driven results that positively impacted a product’s direction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different departments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to engage with top-performing partners in person.
