This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the Appspace Partner Desk, managing new partner leads, onboarding processes, and daily operations of assigned Partners.
• Educate partners about the Appspace product/service offerings, partner programs, and enablement resources.
• Deliver sales presentations to Partner Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Product teams, and Marketing teams.
• Represent Appspace at industry events and partner gatherings.
• Provide clear weekly updates to Appspace GTM leadership regarding pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Appspace Sellers and Customer Success Teams to facilitate account growth and retention of renewals.
• Acquire comprehensive expertise in sales acumen, partner enablement, operations, and industry insights.
• Identify innovative strategies to set Appspace apart from competitors and secure a leading position in designated partner accounts.
• Strong experience in business development, particularly focused on partner management.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred background in employee communications, workplace experience, facilities, or AV/IT sectors.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive lead generation skills, able to work under quotas and effectively maintain and expand business relationships through various communication channels.
• Competently convey the Appspace value proposition and conduct high-level product demonstrations.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to perform at a high level and adapt in a dynamic setting.
• Exceptional presentation and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other relevant sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to understand and utilize AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
