Senior Partner Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical teams across various cloud providers, VARs/SIs, and technology partners by organizing workshops, training programs, and hands-on labs. Create reusable partner resources such as reference architectures, demos, and solution playbooks.

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design secure cloud-native architectures that integrate Chainguard into DevOps, platform engineering, and security workflows. Work together with product and engineering teams to implement partner integrations effectively.

• Co-develop partner-led services and offerings that assist customers in adopting Chainguard solutions. Work closely with Sales and Partner Managers to pinpoint opportunities, expedite the sales process, facilitate adoption, and enhance partner-influenced revenue across the organization.

• Engage with technical leaders and executives from partner organizations to align on technical roadmaps and solution strategies. Share partners' advancements with internal field teams and promote close collaboration between Chainguard and Partner SEs to maximize the joint value proposition while significantly influencing product direction.

• Conduct ongoing enablement sessions, workshops, and collaborative technical activities to ensure partners stay engaged and are proficient in delivering Chainguard solutions. Initiate efforts to forge strong relationships with both new and existing partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.

• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Practical experience with containers, Kubernetes, or cloud-native infrastructure.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, platform engineering, or cloud security principles.

• Proven experience in enabling partners through technical training or solution development.

• Exceptional ability to convey complex technical subjects to both engineers and business stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
