This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Create scalable enablement strategies that enhance partner sales performance through coaching, manager support, AI-driven practices, self-service experiences, and targeted interventions.
β’ Establish clear, measurable learning objectives that align with the business value of the integrated Red Hat/Partner solution.
β’ Coordinate input from subject matter experts across Sales (including Business Value), Ecosystem, Go-To-Market teams, and business units.
β’ Facilitate behaviour change through scalable reinforcement mechanisms, including coaching frameworks, peer learning, AI-assisted practices, digital enablement, and focused facilitation as necessary.
β’ Produce engaging and effective materials (e.g., storyboards, scripts, scenario-based exercises, and demonstrations) that illustrate the business value of Red Hat solutions with key partners.
β’ Collaborate with technical sales instructors to co-create a cohesive enablement narrative that connects business value with technical features, ensuring a seamless multi-persona sales experience for partners.
β’ Evaluate the effectiveness of enablement through adoption rates, behaviour change, business impact indicators, and partner execution results, continuously iterating based on insights.
β’ Interact with leadership and stakeholders to provide program status updates, seek advice on strategic decisions, and advocate for program support and resources.
β’ Ensure that program and project outcomes adhere to team standards and are delivered punctually, maximizing quality and effectiveness.
β’ Identify, track, and analyze key metrics that influence business impact and leverage those insights to enhance learning content and delivery methods.
β’ Build formal networks across Red Hat to shape priorities and objectives both internally and with partners, consistently promoting a "Red Hat" mindset.
β’ 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, sales training, or related fields.
β’ Proven success in designing and implementing enablement programs that yield measurable outcomes.
β’ Effective experience in driving behaviour change through coaching, reinforcement, consultative enablement, and scalable digital learning strategies.
β’ Understanding of various industries along with decision-making and influencing roles within them.
β’ Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
β’ Demonstrated experience working with and/or supporting channel/partner ecosystems (Distributors, Resellers, ISVs, MSPs, etc.).
β’ Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Excellent coaching, consulting, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
β’ Proven experience in managing programs and projects.
β’ Familiarity with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms.
