This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
β’ Assist with the ongoing administration, adoption, and enhancement of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
β’ Support the testing, documentation, and implementation of system upgrades and process modifications.
β’ Oversee data quality and perform regular audits to guarantee accuracy and consistency across all records.
β’ Develop and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
β’ Act as a resource for staff inquiries regarding Salesforce processes and reporting.
β’ Design and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to aid in forecasting, pipeline management, internship placement tracking, and monitoring organizational performance.
β’ Conduct periodic data audits and deliver actionable insights to the Revenue team leadership.
β’ Organize and lead Salesforce and business process training sessions for Corporate Partnerships and Program staff.
β’ Assist in onboarding new employees on CRM processes and reporting tools.
β’ Over 3 years of professional experience.
β’ Proficient in using Salesforce, with a focus on reports and dashboards.
β’ Experience in supporting business, sales, or program operations.
β’ Background in facilitating training, developing documentation, or aiding change management initiatives.
β’ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ A collaborative problem solver with a customer service orientation.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality.
