This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee new initiatives or projects aimed at driving growth and expanding the business.
• Spearhead efforts related to utilizing technology and/or AI for exploring, testing, and enhancing business model automation.
• Identify market solutions, engage with potential vendors, and conduct proof of concept, pilot programs, design, implementation, and adoption.
• Collaborate with the IT Team to articulate clear requirements for technology execution.
• Optimize the productivity of the business analytics team.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the service level agreement across various departments.
• Design and enhance reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Create a top-tier forecast accuracy in collaboration with sales leaders, focusing on a rolling 12-month projection.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Preferred: A BS degree along with experience in the food industry and/or life sciences/biotechnology.
• Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing sales processes, commercial excellence, sales operations, and/or sales enablement.
• Expertise in improving efficiencies, executing excellence, resource productivity, and incentive compensation plans.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is required.
• Solid experience with the usage and configuration of analytics tools, particularly Power BI and CRM Dynamics.
