This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the global forecasting process and establish a reporting cadence.
• Organize weekly forecast review meetings with regional sales leaders.
• Maintain continuous demand forecasts categorized by product, region, and customer.
• Enhance the accuracy and transparency of forecasts.
• Convert commercial demand into production planning needs.
• Act as the business owner of the ERP system (HubSpot).
• Oversee opportunity pipelines, workflows, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Promote CRM compliance and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with system integrations and automate reporting processes.
• Create a single source of truth for commercial data.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards that include: forecast, orders, backlog, production status, shipment status, commission, and revenue delivery.
• Manage approved product configurations, options, accessories, and regional variations.
• Administer commercial product master data and SKU structures.
• Coordinate product launches, updates, and retirements.
• Ensure alignment among Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Keep track of certifications and regional product availability.
• Oversee the commercial execution process from purchase order receipt to customer acceptance.
• Arrange internal order kick-off meetings.
• Monitor all customer orders and key milestones, escalating issues that may affect customer commitments.
• Track real-time domestic delivery of units in the US from Port to Warehouse to Customer.
• Manage progress through: Purchase Order, Order Entry, Production Release, Manufacturing, Shipment, Site Delivery, and Customer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain on production planning.
• Ensure visibility of production schedules and backlog.
• Align customer commitments with manufacturing capacity.
• Communicate delivery schedules and any changes to regional teams.
• Support prioritization decisions for strategic customers and projects.
• Coordinate readiness activities among Commercial, Application Engineering, Product, and Service teams.
• Ensure that training, documentation, commissioning plans, and customer requirements are properly aligned prior to deployment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain coordination.
• Practical experience with order-to-cash (O2C) or order-to-invoice processes.
• Knowledge of international shipping, including customs, Incoterms, and export documentation is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Previous experience collaborating with teams in Asia.
• Excellent communication skills across functions; capable of prioritizing tasks while working with teams in Asia and the US.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple orders concurrently.
