This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee new initiatives or projects aimed at business growth and expansion.

• This includes gathering requirements from various departments, developing the business case, participating in the project approval committee, thoroughly planning activities (resources, timing, and execution), and evaluating ROI against objectives and targets.

• Lead initiatives focused on leveraging technology and/or AI to explore, test, and enhance business model automation.

• Identify market solutions, engage with potential vendors, conduct proof of concept, pilot, design, implementation, and adoption.

• Collaborate with the IT Team to document clear requirements for technology execution.

• Partner with potential market collaborators to enhance our business operations.

• Identify efficiencies within Sales Operations, sales enablement, technical support, technical support specialists, sales, marketing, and customer success.

• Maximize the productivity of the business analytics team.

• Ensure 100% compliance with the service level agreement across multiple areas.

• Design and enhance reports and dashboards to support business objectives.

• Create and deliver top-tier Power BI dashboards.

• Optimize resource productivity and efficiency.

• Monitor the number of calls, next steps execution, appointments, and ROI from team interactions with customers.

• Responsible for managing the overall profit and loss related to budget preparation based on finance-defined lines.

• Accountable for the preparation and consolidation of the budget and target process in alignment with Finance, Marketing, and R&D.

• Ensure that business data is accurate and meets the requirements of agreements (accuracy, timely delivery).

• Enhance the data, reports, and dashboards produced to drive business success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.

• Preferred: BS and experience in the food industry and/or life sciences/Biotechnology.

• Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing sales processes, commercial excellence, sales operations, and/or sales enablement.

• Proven track record in improving inefficiencies, executing excellence, resource productivity, and incentive compensation plans.

• Understanding of Profit & Loss impacts related to decision-making.

• Proficient in planning, Gantt charts, and project plans.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is required.

• Solid experience in using and configuring analytics tools, primarily Power BI and CRM Dynamics.
