This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Sales Onboarding & Ramp Performance.
• Develop and enhance onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs.
• Establish ramp milestones linked to activities, pipeline generation, and bookings.
• Monitor time-to-productivity, initial meetings, and first deal metrics.
• Constantly improve onboarding programs based on performance data.
• Enhance Pipeline Creation & Conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Revenue Intelligence to pinpoint funnel gaps.
• Create focused enablement programs aimed at boosting stage progression and win rates.
• Reinforce qualification criteria and facilitate SDR → AE transitions.
• Strengthen discovery, positioning, and deal execution throughout the sales funnel.
• Propel Sales Readiness & Execution.
• Spearhead readiness programs for new products, pricing adjustments, and go-to-market strategies.
• Equip teams with messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and handling objections.
• Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Empower Front-Line Managers.
• Create coaching frameworks and inspection guides.
• Integrate enablement into forecasting and pipeline review routines.
• Assist leaders in enhancing deal quality, pipeline discipline, and execution consistency.
• Standardize Sales Plays & Execution.
• Develop and sustain playbooks for pipeline generation and deal advancement.
• Define best practices for outbound, inbound conversion, and late-stage deal strategies.
• Design repeatable, scalable sales motions across various segments and regions.
• Measure Impact & Continuously Improve.
• Monitor ramp speed, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and win rates.
• Directly link enablement initiatives to pipeline and revenue results.
• Continuously enhance programs based on insights and performance data.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related Sales roles.
• Experience in supporting SDR and AE teams within a SaaS framework.
• In-depth understanding of pipeline generation, sales cycles, and deal execution.
• Proven track record of enhancing conversion rates and ramp performance.
• Experience collaborating with Sales Ops, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset capable of correlating enablement efforts with revenue impact.
• Builder mindset, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting multi-segment or global sales teams (preferred).
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc. (preferred).
• Experience in developing structured playbooks and competency frameworks (preferred).
• Background in high-growth SaaS industries (preferred).
