Senior Partner Program Manager

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Partner Program Manager, you will take on the responsibility of being the global program leader for one or more strategic Omnissa partner initiatives.

• You will spearhead the strategic design, operational governance, and ongoing enhancement of the assigned programs.

• Your focus will be to ensure alignment across critical partner routes to market, which include Reseller, MSP, GSI, and Distribution.

• You will work at the convergence of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution.

• Lead complex, high-visibility projects aimed at scaling partner programs, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving partner experiences through data-driven insights, automation, and contemporary workflow technologies.

• You will serve as the central point of accountability for addressing process gaps and ensuring that programs are competitive, scalable, and provide significant value to both partners and Omnissa.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in partner programs within enterprise technology, SaaS, or cloud settings.

• Proficiency in working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), project management tools, reporting systems, and operational workflows within intricate enterprise environments.

• Proven ability to utilize automation, analytics, and modern productivity technologies to enhance operational scalability and efficiency.

• Capability to connect program design with long-term business results and partner profitability.

• A "systems-thinker" who can pinpoint the root causes of process failures and develop scalable, robust solutions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly at the executive level.

• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning VP-level leaders across different functions.

• High proficiency in data integrity, reporting logic, and financial reconciliation.

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
