This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Direct the operational execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Oversee EMEA partner workflows while ensuring alignment with global policies, systems, and definitions.
• Manage regional intake, prioritization, service level agreements (SLAs), escalations, and policy exceptions.
• Establish regular operating cadences for deal reviews, reporting, partner issues, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify process deficiencies and transform them into documented procedures, automation, or system enhancements.
• Act as the escalation point for partner access, deal registration, attribution, enablement, and reporting.
• Administer the EMEA deal-registration lifecycle from submission to qualification, conversion, expiration, and reporting.
• Monitor queues, aging, ownership, and SLA performance metrics.
• Enhance submission quality, partner communication, and opportunity conversion with Partner Business Managers (PBMs) and Account Executives (AEs).
• Support deal protection, conflict resolution, and attribution guidelines.
• Ensure accurate partner activity and pipeline data management across Salesforce and partner systems.
• Provide insights for pipeline reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), planning, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, contracts, portal access, user administration, records, and approvals.
• Facilitate regional enablement, certifications, training, webinars, and partner communications.
• Track partner activation through portal usage, certifications, deal registrations, and initial deal progress.
• Maintain partner contacts, hierarchies, tiers, ownership, and route-to-market classifications.
• Enhance partner self-service capabilities through documentation and portal resources.
• Manage EMEA reporting on pipeline, deal registrations, closed-won Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), engagement, enablement, and operational risks.
• Certify QBR data and document assumptions, gaps, and follow-up actions.
• Offer insights into performance drivers, risks, and areas needing intervention.
• Adapt global processes to meet regional business, language, contracting, procurement, and compliance needs.
• Evaluate EMEA workflows, systems, data, reporting, and key relationships within the first 90 days.
• Establish baseline metrics for volume, response times, backlog, aging, access issues, and escalation patterns.
• Create processes for intake, ownership, escalation, and operational reviews.
• Suggest improvements for onboarding, portal adoption, deal conversion, reporting, and partner self-service.
• Over 4 years of experience in Partner, Channel, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
• Proven experience supporting partner ecosystems across various EMEA markets.
• Experience with partner onboarding, deal registration, partner portals, QBRs, enablement, or channel governance.
• In-depth understanding of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, attribution, conversion, and closed-won reporting.
• Capability to adapt global processes to regional needs while ensuring consistent controls and data quality.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, PRM, BI, portal, or workflow systems.
• Strong analytical, operational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of building and enhancing scalable processes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• Familiarity with EMEA distributors and multi-tier channel models.
• Knowledge of cloud marketplaces, MSSP/MSP, reseller, or referral motions.
• Experience supporting localized programs, enablement, communications, or compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in an additional EMEA language.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, QBRs, scorecards, or regional operating reviews.
