Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine listings, encompassing photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing techniques to optimize revenue.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest interactions.

• Handle messaging, check-ins, and resolutions for disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Supervise and analyze business operations through the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers via the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.
