Operations Specialist, Fluent in English, Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, analyze, and manage safety data and information across various service lines from multiple sources.

• Distribute reports and data to both internal and external third parties in accordance with relevant regulations, SOPs, and internal guidelines.

• Process safety data in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project specifications.

• Conduct pharmacovigilance activities, which include gathering and monitoring incoming Adverse Events and endpoint information.

• Assess the initial or updated status of incoming events.

• Input data into databases.

• Code adverse events and related products.

• Draft narratives.

• Carry out literature-related tasks.

• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and delivery standards.

• Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (required).

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (required) (will be assessed).

• Up to 3 years of prior clinical experience (preferred).

• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience is highly regarded (preferred).
