This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the complete audit lifecycle across Laboratory & Production Services locations.
• Create, execute, and uphold quality process audits that promote operational excellence.
• Perform audits to assess process efficiency, compliance, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Formulate audit documentation, reporting standards, and quality validation procedures.
• Assist in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives and verification efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and fulfill customer requirements.
• Lead audit reviews, discovery sessions, and workshops for improvement.
• Recognize process inefficiencies and devise effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across various sites.
• Benchmark LPS services and discover opportunities for standardization.
• Develop and supervise corrective actions and improvement plans in collaboration with site leadership.
• Establish feedback mechanisms for ongoing learning and sustainable enhancements.
• Create uniform audit processes and KPI reporting frameworks in partnership with the BAM team.
• Validate audit results and KPI information.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through performance assessments.
• Analyze operational and audit data and convert it into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor audit schedules, project deliverables, and improvement initiatives.
• Assess service performance and evaluate the impact of enhancements.
• Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ submissions.
• Offer quality expertise during new customer onboarding processes.
• Assist in talent assessment and selection for large-scale LPS projects.
• Create innovative service solutions and future best practices in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Operations, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Auditing, or Continuous Improvement settings.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven project management experience with the capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to process quality.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations across Europe (up to 25%).
