This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Act as the marketing leader for SailPoint’s Identity Security solutions in collaboration with strategic channel partners.
• Develop and implement partner marketing strategies, messaging, and demand generation efforts to enhance pipeline development.
• Identify market opportunities aimed at increasing revenue and pipeline growth for both SailPoint and its partners.
• Execute named-partner marketing strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Events, Digital, Partner Sales, and partners.
• Manage sponsorships for key SailPoint marketing initiatives, such as Navigate.
• Support partner programs and scalable through-partner campaigns.
• Create value propositions, messaging, and positioning that address buyer needs.
• Produce joint content, communications, events, and demand-generation campaigns targeting new channel opportunities and deal registrations.
• Define buyer personas and comprehend buying cycles within the Strategic and Enterprise segments for Identity Security.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Campaigns to enhance awareness and generate demand.
• Take ownership of reporting activity performance, pipeline results, and ROI to ensure continual optimization.
• Serve as an evangelist to market influencers, industry analysts, prospects, and customers at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, conduct SWOT analysis and market research, contribute to active partner campaigns, and develop marketing and sponsorship plans for quarterly and fiscal years.
• Over 5 years of experience in high-performing marketing teams, specifically in the channel and/or with Strategic Alliance Partners.
• Proven ability to establish partner marketing strategies that encompass value propositions, communications, use cases, targeting, and integrated joint demand generation content.
• Experience in taking projects from concept to execution while managing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to multitask critical priorities and engage with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing peer-to-peer strategic-partner relationships.
• Strong project/program management skills with a demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end strategic campaigns and initiatives.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise security software/SaaS.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools.
• MBA or equivalent preferred; BA/BS preferred but not mandatory.
