This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the marketing program that supports 360 Privacy's affiliate network and strategic partnerships.
• Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates, covering sourcing, onboarding, tracking, and commission processing.
• Maintain accurate records for affiliates, manage referral attribution and payout schedules, and address any discrepancies.
• Monitor the performance of affiliates and identify which relationships to strengthen, restructure, or terminate.
• Create co-marketing materials for strategic partnership agreements throughout the entire deal cycle.
• Convert partnership terms and joint value propositions into marketing materials ready for launch.
• Act as the marketing liaison for partner stakeholders during the evaluation and onboarding phases.
• Implement newsletters for partners, provide program updates, and manage content for the partner portal.
• Oversee the partner communication calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track engagement with partner communications and adjust cadence, format, and messaging as needed.
• Develop and maintain enablement materials for resellers and affiliates, including one-pagers and pitch content.
• Collect feedback from partners and sales teams to enhance conversion-focused assets.
• Assist with joint webinars, co-branded content, and the logistics of campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables between 360 Privacy and partner marketing teams.
• Report on campaign results to internal stakeholders and partners, providing recommendations for the next cycle.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• At least 3 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, affiliate marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role.
• Proven experience managing an affiliate or partner program, including onboarding, tracking, and commission or payout processes.
• Demonstrated ability to create sales-ready collateral, such as one-pagers, pitch content, and co-branded assets, from concept to final approval.
• Experience in executing multi-channel partner campaigns, including webinars and email communications.
• Strong written communication skills.
• High standards for accuracy, brand consistency, and confidentiality.
• Experience in marketing security, privacy, cybersecurity, or executive protection services is preferred.
• Familiarity with partner portals, affiliate tracking, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Background in supporting enterprise deal teams or reseller channels in a confidentiality-sensitive environment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% for key events, activations, and in-person team meetings is preferred.
