This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.
• Implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms under the guidance of marketing leadership.
• Oversee content creation, scheduling, precision, brand consistency, and timely dissemination across all channels.
• Evaluate content for correctness, tone, and alignment with brand standards prior to publication.
• Track campaign effectiveness and routinely report findings to marketing leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from internal departments on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with external contractors or freelancers involved in design, events, and content projects.
• Relay updates, priorities, and progress to marketing leadership.
• Ensure that marketing materials and community-facing communications adhere to brand and legal accuracy standards.
• Manage the firm's online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Assist with event marketing, promotional materials, and lead generation efforts.
• Identify ways to enhance the firm’s community brand presence and suggest initiatives.
• Supervise external marketing vendors, freelancers, and creative contractors.
• Manage HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Monday.com.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and alert marketing leadership to budget considerations.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, showcasing a proven track record in campaign execution and content management.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and O365 Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Located in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina; available to work on a contracted basis with overlapping hours during U.S. business hours.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Preferred: Background in legal services, professional services, or mission-driven sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with immigration law or the immigrant community.
• Preferred: Experience with Canva, Monday.com, or similar project management and design tools.
• Preferred: Prior experience as a remote contractor for a U.S.-based organization.
