Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement regional field marketing initiatives, encompassing meetups, executive dinners, workshops, and participation in third-party conferences

• Collaborate with account executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on campaigns aimed at setting meetings to enhance pipeline

• Manage event logistics comprehensively, including venue selection, contract negotiation, registration processes, vendor coordination, onsite execution, post-event follow-up, lead distribution, and CRM reporting

• Represent Oligo at prominent national industry events such as Black Hat, RSA, AWS re:Invent, and FS-ISAC

• Design booth strategies, manage logistics, and oversee lead capture for significant industry events

• Plan and execute channel events while supporting the enablement of channel partners

• Oversee customer marketing initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, and gifting programs

• Coordinate the Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

• Manage the webinar program, which includes monthly demo webinars, quarterly thought leadership sessions, and customer case studies

• Promote webinars and perform post-event evaluations

• Organize internal company events like Sales Kickoff, holiday celebrations, and team-building activities

• Work in partnership with digital, content, and product marketing teams on integrated marketing campaigns

• Administer the field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and performance reporting


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing

• Preferably experienced in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sectors

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing initiatives that lead to measurable pipeline growth

• Experience managing large-scale trade shows and conferences

• Familiarity with customer marketing campaigns such as newsletters, webinars, and advisory boards is advantageous

• Strong project management abilities with a capacity to oversee multiple programs and stakeholders concurrently

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities

• Comfortable working across functions with sales, product marketing, customer success, and content teams

• Data-oriented mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting and ROI analysis

• Self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment

• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus

• Experience in planning and executing virtual events and webinar programs is an added benefit

• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution is a plus
