Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the US business unit.

• Execute marketing initiatives in the US aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating demand, and creating leads.

• Collaborate closely with various business areas and the sales organization.

• Plan and manage both physical and digital events.

• Organize and oversee webinars.

• Engage in paid marketing activities.

• Create, coordinate, and activate customer case studies.

• Assist in demand generation and campaigns focused on lead generation.

• Monitor and assess the outcomes of completed activities.

• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders, including business areas, sales, and the global marketing team.

• Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance existing processes and implementation methodologies.

• Provide assistance to colleagues, project teams, and the broader Columbus team.

• Support the ongoing development of the team, company, and group organization through knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing B2B demand generation campaigns.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Preferred experience in a B2B enterprise environment and/or technology sector.

• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

• Strong writing skills.

• Capacity to stay informed about changes and advancements in core industries and marketing best practices through self-education, training, and research.

• Ability to keep up with the evolution of Columbus offerings and their potential benefits for customers.

• Capability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving current processes and implementation strategies.

• Skill in supporting colleagues, project teams, and the wider Columbus team in specific areas of expertise.

• Willingness to contribute to continuous development through knowledge sharing.
