This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.
• Implement marketing initiatives across digital, social, and email platforms in accordance with the guidance provided by marketing leadership.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring precision, consistency with the brand, and timely delivery across all platforms.
• Manage content schedules and ensure all channels are regularly updated and active as per the timeline.
• Assess content for correctness, tone, and alignment with brand standards prior to publication.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular updates on results to marketing leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from internal teams.
• Collaborate with external contractors or freelancers who assist with design, events, and content projects.
• Relay updates, priorities, and progress to marketing leadership.
• Ensure that marketing materials, social media content, and community communications adhere to brand and legal accuracy standards.
• Manage the firm's online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Assist with event marketing, promotional materials, and initiatives for lead generation.
• Identify ways to enhance the firm's community brand presence and suggest relevant initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with external marketing vendors, freelancers, and creative contractors.
• Supervise the use of HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Monday.com.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and raise budget-related concerns to marketing leadership.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, showcasing a strong background in executing campaigns and managing content.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities at once.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and O365 Workspace.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
• Located in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina; available to work on a contracted basis with overlapping hours during U.S. business hours.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience in legal services, professional services, or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of immigration law or familiarity with the immigrant community is preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Monday.com, or comparable project management and design platforms is desirable.
• Prior experience as a remote contractor for a U.S.-based company is preferred.
