This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and utilize a strong network with partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Act as the subject matter expert for international growth and global hiring support within your designated region.
• Cultivate connections with partner leadership and influencers to gain executive support and valuable referrals.
• Provide dynamic training sessions (both in-person and online) to sales teams to communicate the G-P value proposition and pinpoint client challenges.
• Connect partner-referred leads to the G-P sales teams, ensuring clear tracking and fostering mutual opportunities.
• 5-8 years of proven success in sales or business development within a partner-driven or channel-based environment.
• Ability to identify and establish relationships across various organizations.
• Experience in working with, or selling to, the HR Tech, HCM, and Global Payroll sectors.
• Possess the skills, energy, and determination to drive execution in a role where you do not directly carry out the tasks but will facilitate through others.
• Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
