This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Develop and utilize a strong network among our partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Act as the go-to expert for international growth and global hiring assistance in your designated region.
• Cultivate relationships with partner executives and influencers to gain executive endorsement and valuable referrals.
• Provide dynamic training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to sales teams, focusing on the G-P value proposition and pinpointing client challenges.
• Connect partner-referred leads to the G-P sales teams, ensuring clear tracking and promoting mutual opportunities.
• 5-8 years of proven success in sales or business development within a partner-focused or channel-driven setting.
• Ability to identify and foster relationships across organizations, progressing from connections to actionable results that achieve desired objectives.
• Experience in the HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll Industries, either through direct experience or sales engagement.
• Possess the skills, energy, and determination to drive implementation in a capacity where you do not directly execute but support others in their efforts.
