Senior Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Deel's partner ecosystem in Japan through various channels, including referral, reseller, white-label, and distribution.

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of partners to boost pipeline and revenue contributions.

• Engage at all levels of partnership involvement — from operational execution to strategic planning — as the ecosystem evolves.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to ensure cohesive efforts across all partner initiatives.

• Achieve measurable early results while laying the groundwork for sustainable, long-term partnership expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in software or technology, preferably within a rapidly growing or scaling environment.

• Demonstrated experience in various partnership models, including referral, reseller, white-label, and distribution.

• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or related markets.

• A well-established network within the Japanese partner ecosystem, capable of accelerating partner recruitment and generating initial pipeline.

• Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a strong focus on results.
