• Assist in the development and implementation of the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Partner Relationship Management initiative.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated external partner relationships.
• Support senior management in overseeing primary custodial relationships, such as those with Fidelity, Schwab, and BNY Pershing.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between partners and internal teams.
• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with partner contacts at various levels.
• Aid in conducting quarterly business reviews and partner check-ins.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new partner relationships.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on partner relationship metrics and key performance indicators.
• Analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for executive-level leadership review.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Advisor Services, and other internal departments on partner-related projects.
• Lead cross-partner initiatives with a strong emphasis on project management, ensuring clarity in scope, milestones, accountability, and timely execution.
• Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts.
• Travel to partner locations and industry events as required.
• Represent WEG at partner meetings, conferences, and networking functions.
• Build and sustain a professional network within the partner ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• Experience in relationship management, account management, or vendor management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to engage in long-term planning initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Capability and enthusiasm for developing programs from the ground up, establishing structured and scalable frameworks in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
