• Take charge of and refine the global affiliate strategy within the casino and sportsbook sectors.
• Establish and monitor essential KPIs such as FTDs, NGR, LTV, ROI, and payback.
• Create a scalable and sustainable affiliate ecosystem aimed at long-term growth.
• Coordinate affiliate initiatives in partnership with Risk, Compliance, CRM, BI, and other internal teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a diverse range of partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, fixed fees, and customized deals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with high-value, top-tier affiliate partners.
• Identify and eliminate low-quality or fraudulent traffic sources.
• Drive revenue growth through strong relationships with partners and commercial optimization.
• Oversee performance reporting and insights in collaboration with BI teams.
• Monitor and enhance conversion rates, player quality, LTV, fraud prevention, and bonus abuse.
• Test and implement new acquisition models, funnels, and partner types.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, responsible gaming policies, and jurisdictional regulations.
• Assist in fraud detection and prevention in collaboration with internal teams.
• Review affiliate agreements as the initial point of approval before escalation.
• Mentor and support Affiliate Managers through coaching and training.
• Improve internal processes, including onboarding, deal approvals, and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate promotional materials and exclusive offers with partners.
• Oversee affiliate settlements ensuring payment accuracy.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, Legal, Media Buying, and Social Media teams.
• Support alignment across acquisition channels and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in BI tools, Excel, and performance tracking.
• Proven track record in affiliate strategy, revenue optimization, and negotiation.
• Excellent relationship management skills with high-value partners.
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, particularly in reporting, compliance, and payment processes.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or crypto gaming is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel for industry events as necessary.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, data-driven mindset.
