📋 Description

• Deliver corporate and intellectual property legal services to both private and public entities, as well as non-profit organizations.

• Cultivate a strong working relationship with clients while leveraging a comprehensive team for specialized subject-matter expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of corporate legal experience, including roles as an in-house attorney, General Counsel, or in another senior in-house legal capacity, along with at least 3 years of training at a law firm.

• Substantial legal expertise as a well-rounded corporate generalist.

• Proven track record as a practical, business-oriented, and responsive legal partner.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally accredited law school.

• Membership in the state bar of the state where you reside or practice.
