• Identify, evaluate, and onboard affiliate and performance partners that align with the Bitcoin.com brand.
• Develop and oversee the affiliate program across key offerings, including the Bitcoin.com Wallet App.
• Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid deal structures with partners that are linked to LTV-driven conversion events.
• Manage and optimize campaigns using a crypto-focused affiliate tracking platform.
• Monitor partner performance against qualifying events.
• Detect and report fraud, bot traffic, or non-compliant referrals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & BD, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to synchronize the acquisition program.
• Assist in shaping and executing performance campaigns related to internal initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor partner performance, campaign ROI, and LTV return in relation to acquisition spending.
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance-driven user acquisition.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms or similar systems, preferably with experience in crypto-native tools or performance tracking in web3 environments.
• Strong grasp of CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid commercial models.
• Ability to assess partners for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Data-oriented mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance against LTV or ROI metrics.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
