• Act as the main Talent Acquisition leader for the designated business unit.
• Align the hiring strategy with business objectives, workforce plans, and financial goals.
• Lead discussions on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and capacity management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, offering insights into labor market trends.
• Manage the complete hiring process for the assigned business unit.
• Foster accountability for outcomes among recruiters, sourcers, HR personnel, and RPO partners.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of the Talent Acquisition operating model across all locations and functions.
• Track key performance indicators and convert them into actionable insights.
• Provide regular updates to business and HR leadership regarding progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and audit standards.
• Over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Proven capacity to collaborate with senior business and HR leaders and influence decision-making.
• Strong background in workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and managing talent risks.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and lead through uncertainty.
• Experience in managing or collaborating with RPO providers and external vendors.
• Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for driving decisions and ensuring accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
