• Create and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue generated through affiliates, while identifying new business prospects and emerging market trends;
• Broaden the company’s outreach by nurturing connections with potential affiliates and strategic partners;
• Set revenue goals and sales KPIs for affiliate collaborations to ensure alignment with overall business objectives;
• Deliver customized training programs to enhance affiliate sales performance and product knowledge;
• Work closely with the sales team to align affiliate strategies with broader company goals;
• Track affiliate performance, analyze data, and generate reports on essential metrics such as traffic generated, conversions, and revenue;
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, graphic design, and product development, to supply affiliates with promotional materials, tracking tools, and technical support;
• Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and payments with affiliates;
• Offer guidance and support to affiliates by addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and resolving any issues;
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the affiliate industry and suggest new ideas and initiatives to enhance the company’s affiliate efforts;
• Monitor and ensure affiliates' adherence to LeadX’s policies and guidelines;
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with key affiliates to optimize results.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or related fields;
• Familiarity with major online traffic sources, including Meta, Google, and TikTok ads;
• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies;
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with a strong capability to drive revenue growth;
• Experience in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships, achieving measurable success in sales-driven affiliate programs;
• Proficient data analysis skills and experience using performance monitoring and analysis tools;
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;
• Results-oriented mindset focused on maximizing affiliate revenue;
• Proficient in English (C1 level);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Established portfolio of affiliates;
• Holder of an active VAT number.
