Senior Partner Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans that encompass solution design, timeline estimations, task breakdowns, and testing strategies.

• Offer daily support for technical inquiries from external partner stakeholders.

• Produce integration support materials and documentation for new products, rollouts, and features.

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for both internal and external teams encountering technical issues.

• Provide recommendations on integration strategies, platform advancements, infrastructure, and tool selection to enhance user experience.

• Investigate the intersection between our commercial strategy and technical partnership capabilities.

• Aid in the internal creation of relevant external documentation to enhance the overall partnership experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or any similar customer-facing engineering role.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding multiple programming languages.

• Familiarity with eCommerce technologies and data models.

• Knowledge and experience with JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.

• Understanding of concepts such as integrating UX elements with backend services, frameworks, and third-party developer APIs.

• Experience with alerting and monitoring tools and applications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders to adhere to timelines.

• A strong passion and motivation to improve consumer banking.

• Preferred: experience and understanding of various Partner Types (e.g., eCommerce Platforms, Payment Processors, Payment Gateways, and Wallets).
