This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Serve as the main liaison for the Global Partnerships Team.
• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality enablement materials specifically crafted for the Twilio partner strategy.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for the Twilio GTM Team.
• Collaborate with various Partnerships organizations, Product, GTM Sales Enablement, Partnerships, and Product teams.
• Monitor, assess, and report on enablement metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Work alongside executive stakeholders to strategize, prioritize, and implement an enablement roadmap.
• Consult with partner leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate a cohesive partner narrative throughout the wider Twilio GTM strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, or Instructional Design within the SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS sectors.
• Profound knowledge of channel ecosystems and partner personas (SI, ISV, Reseller).
• Established experience in developing contemporary learning curricula utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling capabilities, with the skill to captivate a diverse global audience.
